These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Looped, provided by James Binks, trading as Looped ("Looped", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Looped, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Looped is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using Looped, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to bind the business you represent to these Terms, where applicable.
Looped lets you describe your ideal customer profile and searches company registries, public web sources, and third-party enrichment providers to find matching companies and business contacts. You can reveal verified contact details and export results.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Looped operates on a credit-based system. You may purchase a monthly subscription and top up credits as needed; credits are spent on enrichment actions such as revealing contact details. Credits do not expire. We offer a free tier so you can run a full campaign before committing to a paid plan.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us, via Stripe, to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
We may change our pricing. We will give you reasonable notice of any pricing change that affects your active subscription.
Looped sources company and contact data from third-party providers and public registries. While we take care to present only verified information, and we never fabricate or pattern-guess contact details, we cannot guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free, since it originates from external sources outside our control. You should independently verify critical information before relying on it for important business decisions.
You agree to use Looped, and any data obtained through it, lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree that you will:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Looped, its software, design, and underlying technology are owned by James Binks, trading as Looped. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Looped for your own business purposes during your subscription. You retain no ownership rights in the underlying data sources or the Looped platform itself.
You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above.
Looped is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data found through it will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, James Binks, trading as Looped, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Looped, including damages resulting from reliance on data found through the service or from your own use of that data in outreach or business decisions.
You agree to indemnify and hold James Binks, trading as Looped, harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of Looped or your violation of these Terms, including any claims arising from how you use contact data obtained through the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Looped after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
